Bounce House Rental Questions for Rancho Cordova Events

Question 1

Do you deliver inflatable rentals and party equipment to Rancho Cordova?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Bouncey House Rentals delivers bounce houses, inflatable water slides, obstacle courses, carnival games, tents, tables, chairs, concession machines, and all party rental equipment directly to homes, parks, schools, and event venues throughout Rancho Cordova and greater Sacramento County. We serve every Rancho Cordova neighborhood including Sunridge Park, Stone Creek, Anatolia, Gold River, Cordova Lane, Lincoln Village, Montelena, Cypress, Mills Ranch, Countryside, The Ranch at Sunridge, Riviera East, Mather, and Larchmont. Our professional crew handles delivery, full setup, and complete takedown so you can focus on enjoying the celebration.

Question 2

What is the cost of renting a bounce house in Rancho Cordova?

Accepted Answer

Bounce house rental pricing in Rancho Cordova depends on the unit type, size, and features. Standard bouncy castles and jumpers start at the most affordable price point and are perfect for birthday parties and small gatherings. Combo bouncers with attached slides cost a bit more but offer two activities in one rental. Inflatable water slides, obstacle courses, and extreme attractions like our mechanical bull and rock climbing wall are priced based on size, complexity, and staffing requirements. Delivery fees are calculated by the distance from our Sacramento location to your Rancho Cordova address. Every rental price includes professional delivery, full setup, and complete takedown with no hidden fees. Browse our full inventory online at bounceyhouserentals.com for transparent pricing on every item, or call (916) 548-7995 for a personalized quote based on your event needs.

Question 3

How early should I reserve my Rancho Cordova inflatable rental?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking your Rancho Cordova inflatable rental at least 1 to 2 weeks before your event date for the best selection. During peak season, typically April through October, popular items like inflatable water slides, combo bouncers, obstacle courses, and our mechanical bull can book out 3 to 4 weeks in advance, especially for Saturday events. Holiday weekends like Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day fill up even earlier. That said, we do accept last-minute reservations whenever inventory is available, so it never hurts to call and check. For guaranteed availability, book online anytime at bounceyhouserentals.com for instant confirmation, or call us at (916) 548-7995.

Question 4

What setup requirements are needed for inflatables at my Rancho Cordova property?

Accepted Answer

Setting up inflatables at your Rancho Cordova home or venue requires four things: a flat, open area free of rocks, sticks, pet waste, and sharp objects; enough space for the inflatable plus 3 feet of clearance on all sides; a standard 110-volt electrical outlet within 50 feet of the setup location; and for water slides, a garden hose that reaches the setup spot. We bring our own commercial-grade extension cords, blowers, and anchoring equipment. On grass, we secure inflatables with stakes driven into the ground. On concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces, we use heavy-duty sandbags instead. Our team inspects the entire setup area when we arrive and confirms safe, level placement before we leave. If your yard has a slope greater than 3 degrees, we will work with you to find the best alternative placement.

Question 5

Can you set up inflatable water slides for a Rancho Cordova backyard party?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! Inflatable water slide rentals are our most-requested summer item in Rancho Cordova. We carry a wide range of sizes, from compact backyard water slides that fit in smaller yards in neighborhoods like Cordova Lane and Cypress to towering dual-lane racing slides with built-in splash pools that turn any large yard into a private water park. All you need is a flat area, a standard garden hose connection, and access to an electrical outlet. Our crew handles all setup including connecting the water supply, inflating the slide, and anchoring it securely. Many of our water slides also operate in dry mode, making them a versatile option for cooler months or events where water is not practical. Water slides are hugely popular for Rancho Cordova birthday parties, end-of-school celebrations, HOA summer socials, and daycare field days.

Question 6

Can you deliver to Rancho Cordova parks like Hagan Community Park?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we regularly deliver and set up inflatable rentals and party equipment at Rancho Cordova parks including Hagan Community Park, White Rock Community Park, Eagle's Nest Park, Stone Creek Park, Dave Roberts Community Park, Sunridge Park, Prospect Hill Park, Heron Landing Park, and many others. Our drivers are familiar with every park in the area and know the best access points for efficient setup. One important note: most Rancho Cordova parks do not have electrical outlets available for public use. In those cases, you will need a generator to power the inflatable blowers and we offer generator rentals as an add-on for exactly this purpose. We also recommend contacting the Cordova Recreation and Park District in advance to check whether a permit is required for your event and to confirm any park-specific rules regarding inflatables or event equipment.

Question 7

How do you ensure inflatable safety and cleanliness?

Accepted Answer

Safety and cleanliness are the foundation of our business. Every inflatable in our inventory is cleaned and sanitized by our dedicated full-time four-person cleaning crew after each and every use. We use commercial-grade, child-safe disinfecting solutions to wipe down all surfaces, seams, and high-touch areas. No inflatable leaves our warehouse without a complete cleaning. Before every delivery, each unit undergoes a thorough safety inspection. We check all seams, stitching, netting, anchor points, blower connections, and structural integrity. All of our equipment is commercial-grade, built for heavy daily use, not residential backyard toys. Bouncey House Rentals carries full liability insurance and has maintained an outstanding safety record for over 17 years serving the Greater Sacramento area.

Question 8

What is the weather cancellation policy for Rancho Cordova events?

Accepted Answer

We make it simple and stress-free. On the morning of your scheduled event, we contact you to make a joint Go or No Go decision based on current weather conditions. If rain, lightning, or sustained winds exceeding 15 to 20 mph make it unsafe to operate inflatables, we reschedule your rental to another available date at absolutely no penalty and your deposit transfers directly to your new date. Inflatable safety is our top priority, and we will never set up equipment in conditions that put your guests at risk. Light drizzle or overcast skies are typically fine for dry inflatables, but active rain, thunderstorms, and high winds are automatic no-go conditions. If you are ever unsure about the weather forecast for your Rancho Cordova event, give us a call and we will help you plan accordingly.

Question 9

Do you provide rentals for Rancho Cordova schools, churches, and community organizations?

Accepted Answer

We love partnering with Rancho Cordova schools, churches, and community organizations! We supply inflatable bounce houses, water slides, obstacle courses, carnival games, concession machines, tents, tables, chairs, and complete event packages for school carnivals, field days, fun runs, VBS programs, church festivals, trunk-or-treat events, community fundraisers, and nonprofit galas. Schools throughout Folsom-Cordova Unified School District and San Juan Unified School District are among our regular partners, including Cordova High, Pleasant Grove High, Cordova Gardens Elementary, Cordova Villa Elementary, and Mills Middle School. We offer special pricing for schools, churches, and registered nonprofit organizations. Multi-item carnival packages with bundled pricing are available for larger events. Ask about educator and nonprofit discounts when you call (916) 548-7995 or mention it in your online booking notes.
