How many people fit under a 40x100 High Peak Tent?

Up to roughly 900 chairs in rows without a center walkway, or about 700 with a walkway down the middle. For a seated dinner with round tables, plan on roughly 380-420 guests depending on table size and layout.

How much space do I need to set it up?

Plan on a 50x110 ft footprint. The tent top covers a true 40x100 ft area, and the extra room accounts for the center poles, guy lines, and stake-out space along all ten joined sections.

What does the $4,600 rental price include?

Delivery, professional setup, and takedown by our Roseville-based crew. Tables, chairs, lighting, and side walls are available as add-ons.

Can I add side walls to the 40x100 High Peak Tent?

Yes. Side walls are available as an add-on, sold per 8x20 panel, and are a popular choice for wind protection, added privacy, or a more finished look at evening events.

What is a High Peak Tent, and how is it different from a frame tent?

A High Peak Tent uses center support poles to create a tall, peaked roofline and open sidewalls, giving it a classic event-tent look. A frame tent has no center poles, giving you fully unobstructed floor space — see our 40x70 Deluxe Frame Tent if you need a pole-free interior at a large scale.

How is the 40x100 different from booking ten separate 20x20 tents?

The 40x100 is ten of our 20x20 High Peak Tent sections joined edge-to-edge into one continuous covered space with rain gutters between each section, rather than several separate tents set up side by side. It's priced as a single package and delivered and set up as one connected structure.

Can I add side walls to the 40x100 High Peak Tent?

Yes. Side walls are available as an add-on, sold per 8x20 panel, and are a popular choice for wind protection, added privacy, or a more finished look at evening events.

Does the tent need to be staked into the ground?

We anchor every tent with stakes on grass or dirt, or weighted ballast bases on concrete, asphalt, or pavers, so it's secure regardless of your surface. Let us know your setup surface when you book.

What if my event is bigger than the 40x100?

The 40x100 is the largest single tent in our lineup. For events that need even more room, call (916) 548-7995 and we'll help you plan a multi-tent layout combining several of our large tents on site.

Do you deliver and set it up, or is it a DIY pickup?

Every rental includes professional delivery, setup, and next-day pickup from our Roseville-based crew — no assembly required on your end.
